Positive is a collection of letters that we have received from
our clients. Our main goal is to satisfy the special needs of
our customers, and we have the letters of testimony to back
up our mission.
Dearest Sam
You have made my son so happy. He was so apprehensive and was
afraid to try the chair. We can't get him out of the chair.
THANK YOU THANK YOU!
Katherine
Sam
Sounds fantastic to me.
I will be SO GLAD to be back in my chair once again.
After this episode my family and I agree on one thing.
Only Redman chairs.
I will be months and months trying to undo the damage done from
having the wrong chair with no proper support.

Hi Sam,
The seatbelt and head toggle switches are working well. Thanks.
Your toggle switches sure work well/better compared to my
backup chair's (Invacare Power storm series). The state bought
me this chair 5 years ago and I've constantly had "toggle
switch problems" with it. Is there any way you can install
your toggle switches (and remove the one's presently on there)
on my backup chair, the Invacare? It's headrest is a little
different from yours but I think you could still put your
toggle switches on it.
Thanks,
Craig
Hi Sam,
What a nice surprise to receive the light bulb in the mail today.
We have tried to find one locally at auto parts stores, but
no one had them. So, we decided we were going to have to send
you an e-mail, and here came the box with what we needed. Great
timing!!! You are amazing.
Thank you very much!!!!!
Pam
Hi Sam,
I continue to be thankful for your continued emphasis
on always doing your best to meet the special needs of the
client. I consider you a true friend.
Best Regards,
Charles
Sam and Steve,
Please join me in a collective bow. Yesterday, as I was waiting
on the p.m. caregiver to get here and ease my hurting burning
feet, I began searching for some way to make them stop or at
least turn down the fire.
I FOUND IT!!!! I found a position that stopped the pain. By
the time Linda got here, I was not hurting at all.
Today I found before I started hurting. We have all been through
so much and you have tried so hard, I had to start your weekend
with an unquailified "Atta boy!!"
I know a blacksmith who is looking for work, if you hear of
any openings, let him know.
HOORAY,
Kathy
Sam
I must thank my Lord first for this great news. And then I want
to thank you. I am really excited, surprised, happy. I could
go on and on. This is such a relief. Scott (my husband) is looking
up the address for road directions on the internet using microsoft
streets and trips as I am writing you this letter.
I must remember to bring the battery charger with us. I remembered
that it will need to be adjusted.
I am not sure what the change was that made the insurance company
decide to pay for full repairs. Maybe it was a good idea that
I decided not to play around with the other company and call
Gentiva like I did.j
Well, at least we can now go ahead and get the chair repaired.
So, I will close for now and will see you next week. Wow! this
is so great. Please let Paula know I am coming. She did help
me get the chair back when I lived in California. If she is
still there I would love to see her. For some reason the christmas
card I sent her was returned to me. I hope she is still around.
See you soon,
Dawn Chase
Hi Sam
Thanks for your prompt response and proposed solutions. I'll
get back with you as soon as I can. It's a great feeling to
know when we encounter problems like this. We have a person
as honest and dedicated to doing the right thing as you,
Best Regards,
Charles
